[Gate-users] job splitting takes too much time

Hi Cassandra, thank you for your reply,

My .mac file is not too large but it is divided into many .mac files
(geometry, source, digitizer, output, etc) and linked together in a
main.mac file (mysim.mac), could that be a reason to take a long time?

I forgot to mention that I am running this on my PC (6 cores intel CPU with
8 Gb of RAM) not a cluster, and that I'm supplying the condor.script
located in Gate cluster_tools folder without any modification.
