Hi Nicolas,
strange indeed. The two functions that compute the volume of the regions
are:
-

and

https://github.com/OpenGATE/Gate/blob/develop/source/digits_hits/src/GateRegionDoseStat.cc#L92
Both called from here :

I am unsure what is done there about the mMapLabelToSeveralRegions, but the
behavior you observe may come from there.
Can you please provide us with a minimal working example that shows the bug
?
