[Gate-users] Installing Gate

Hi Muhammad,
It looks like you have set the "GATE_USE_ITK" flag to "ON" (otherwise the code would not try to include "gdcmFilename.hh"), and somehow the build system thought that your ITK installation was OK but now during the "make" step it looks like it isn't.
Do you absolutely need ITK for something (e.g. do you need for RTK functionality)? Because if not, then the easiest fix is to set "GATE_USE_ITK" to "OFF" in ccmake and then try again to compile.
/David

I Muhammed,
I don't know if you were able to solve your problem. However, having a look at the screen you sent, I have the impression you are missing some file in the include folder. I verified that I actually have them in mine.
I would suggest downloading GATEv9 again from the openGATE collaboration website. Once unpacked and before installing, please verify if you have the GateDICOMImahe.hh missing file inside /Gate-v9/source/general/include/.
Let me know if it works or if you need help.
Carlotta
