[Gate-users] macroPath

Hello,

I posted last week about some issues getting gate to follow the macroPath. I followed Mojca's instructions:

"One thing you can try is
    cd /opt/local/share/doc/gate/examples/example_PET
    Gate --qt PET_CylindricalPET_System.mac

Otherwise, please copy the Materials.xml file from the gate-source
directory in the directory where you run your main macro."


FYI: I did not find Materials.xml in the source directory. I was, however, able to find it in another example. I copied that file and ran the command above. As he said it would, it took quite some time to generate an image. Once done, I tried to run one event and after another very long time I got a crash regarding the .root file. I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Is this another pathing issue?
