[Gate-users] Gate 7.1 compilation error

I recompiled geant4.10.1 without multi-thread, corrected the error ​that you pointed out, but I am still getting the output that is attached in this e-mail after typing "make".​


What should I do?

I just installed Gate7.1., I solved the problem like this :

Just locate the error file: path_to_geant4/geant4/geant4.9.6.p03-install/include/Geant4/G4NeutronHPVector.hh, and locate the error line 403: error: ‘__isnan’ is not a member of ‘std’. Change the error std::isnan(...) to isnan(...). Then the error disappears.

I have compiled Gate 7.1, after compiling geant4 without multi-threading option, using either make -j4 or make and it gives me similar errors at 76% and 69%. I am compiling gate with ecat7 and lmf3.0.

Attached I am sending the full output of gate 7.1 compilation with make -j4.

I am not agree. I make -j 8 with gate 7.1 with just a few warnings!
