Hi Sophie,

You need to make sure your voxel sizes are small relative to what you want
to measure.
For example, if the sphere has a radius of 2mm and your voxel sizes are
2x2x2 mm then centering the voxels over the sphere becomes pretty important.

I would either decrease my voxel size or increase the sphere size so
discretization effects become insignificant.
