Dear gate users,
Please can any expert tell me how to obtain SPR of one CT scanner projection? Also I want to output tree images, one scattering image, one primary image and the other resultant image (obviously the current CTScanner output this image).
At present I have obtained ROOT file in the detector, but I do not know:
1) should I extract scattering photons and primary photons from hits or events?
2) how should I differenciate compton/primary photon from the phantom but not in the detector?
Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Janus

See http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=228139.
You probably need to install some fonts. Which packages exactly
depends on your linux distribution.
Mojca
(PS: Personally I would suggest you to try out a lot nicer OGLSQt or
OGLIQt, but you need to compile Geant4 with Qt support.)

Hello Gate users,
I am using Gate v6.2 on Linux ubuntu, and Gate was *working properly* until a couple of days before.
But when I run the .mac file now, I get the following error message, and Gate doesn't work.
Gate: error while loading shared libraries: libCint.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Can anyone tell me what is wrong and how to fix the problem?
Best regards,
Sonoko
