[Gate-users] [Gate-Users] Voxelized Source and Phantom Absorbed Dose Issues

Hello Gate Users,

I am using an NCAT phantom and the voxelized phantom source in
an experiment. I have followed the correct procedure of setting up the
inter file format, with *.i33 and *.h33 files and also setting up the range
files needed to load the interfile and for the source range file.

Everything runs fine, no errors. But when I to view my dose maps in matlab,
the dose/source is distributed outside of the ncat phantom. Meaning that
the outline of any slice of the phantom/dose map shows some dose activities
but nothing in the inside region (inside of the phantom). It's like
something is shielding it. Have any of you guys seen issues like this?

I am using "compressedMatrix" and I have been playing around with the
position, but I still can't figure it out. Any suggestions?
