<div dir="ltr">Hello Gate Users,<div><br></div><div style>I am using an NCAT phantom and the voxelized phantom source in an experiment. I have followed the correct procedure of setting up the inter file format, with *.i33 and *.h33 files and also setting up the range files needed to load the interfile and for the source range file. </div>
<div style><br></div><div style>Everything runs fine, no errors. But when I to<font face="arial, sans-serif"> view my dose maps in matlab, the dose/source is distributed outside of the ncat phantom. Meaning that the outline of any slice of the phantom/dose map shows some dose activities but nothing in the inside region (inside of the phantom). It's like something is shielding it. Have any of you guys seen issues like this?</font></div>
