[Gate-users] Problems trying to run benchmarkPET.mac

Hi Jorge,

Your first problem is probably due to the environment variable ROOTSYS or to
the link of root with Gate. Have you installed root first ? Have you fixed
the ROOTSYS variable before compile Gate ?

For your second problematic, I have no idea for the moment, what version of
Geant4 have you installed ? Is it compatible with the Gate v3.0.0 ?

And for your last problem, "this need not be a problem" !! This is only a
warning message that appears everytime even if everything works fine, so
don't worry for that ! Maybe a day, someone will fix this problem ...
