[Gate-users] Problems trying to run benchmarkPET.mac

Dear all,

I have just installed Gate v3.0.0 successfully (or so it seems) but when I try 
to run the BenchmarkPET.mac I get this kind of message: 

***** COMMAND NOT FOUND </gate/output/root/setFileName benchmarkPET> *****
***** Command ignored *****

I have installed root successfully and I have also enabled root analysis in 
GATE environment variables.


Second problematic message:

G4ProcessManager::GetAttribute(): particle[GenericIon]
  index out of range
  #processes[3]  index [-1]


I also get this kind of warning messages:

[GateSystemListManager::CheckScannerAutoCreation:
        Creating new system based on volume inserter 'cylindricalPET'
   GateMaterialDatabase: did not load properties table for material 'Lead',
     but this need not be a problem.'
   GateMaterialDatabase: did not load properties table for 
material 'Tungsten',
     but this need not be a problem.'
   GateMaterialDatabase: did not load properties table for material 'BGO',
     but this need not be a problem.'

The materials seem to be OK in GateMaterials.db

Please, if anyone can advise me on any of these issues, I would be greatfull.
