Hi Jorge, Your first problem is probably due to the environment variable ROOTSYS or to the link of root with Gate. Have you installed root first ? Have you fixed the ROOTSYS variable before compile Gate ? For your second problematic, I have no idea for the moment, what version of Geant4 have you installed ? Is it compatible with the Gate v3.0.0 ? And for your last problem, "this need not be a problem" !! This is only a warning message that appears everytime even if everything works fine, so don't worry for that ! Maybe a day, someone will fix this problem ...
