[Gate-users] RC setting of DETECT 2000

According to my knowlege,

-1RC means that what you sent to the surface e.g 5000 optical photon, they
(all photons) can pass through the selected surface type. It means that non
of the photons are reclected of or absorbed by the on the surface.
