[Gate-users] RC setting of DETECT 2000

[green light]

Dear gaters:
     In DETECT2000,there is surface finish parameter"RC".For example,"POLISH
0.98RC".
     My question is that:When 0.98RC is omitted ,the default value of RC is
-1.Then what is the meaning of "-1RC".
     Is the definition of RC just the same as in physics optics?
     I'll appreciate for your help.
