[gate-users] Image Quality Phantom

I don't think it converts the coincidences to InterFile (I am not that
familiar with the InterFile format for sinograms) rather it puts them in
a Michelogram type format identical to the sinogram format used with the
Gate ECAT geometry (I tested a modified version against the Gate Ecat
sinogram output to verify it's output).  In its present form it does
this with the Gate Cylindrical_PET geometry.  This code was written with
the GE DLS in mind so to make this program work with the DST you will
have to modify several of the geometry parameters.  However, the code
itself is scanner independent.

Hello and thanks, I have downloaded the macros and ill work with them
later today. I was browsing the archive and read a few of your mails
with Long about a patch that converts concidences to interfile? Is that
code scanner dependent ? is it still maintained somehow ? I intend to
use it to bin the root coincidences from my DST scanner from GATE, to
interfile so I can use STIR to reconstruct the images. I used the
CykindricalPET system to design the DST and I have the root files
already for a point source in air at various distances from the center
of FOV
