Dear Edson F Mojica R, David Leibold, Bastian and Khalid.
Thank you so much for your help.
I solved the problem well.
I have one more question.
On what basis is the pattern of the coded aperture mask created?
I'm just curious why the shape of the pattern looks like that.
Also, I would like to know why the MURA pattern is used so much.

Dear Suhwan Kim
As suggested by David Leibold, the generic repeater is perfect for any kind of pattern like NTHT, MURA, and other several variants of MURA. You need to generate the binary matrix and then generate placements files by doing translations and rotations as per your holes and airs cubes in the binary matrix and then feed into generic repeater.
I hope it will help you.

Dear Suhwan Kim,
to the best of my knowledge, Gate does not provide a repeater for the Mura pattern. You might want to have a look at the generic repeater, which allows you to define a list of rotations and translations for a volume; I haven’t used it myself yet, though.
In any case, it looks like you have to build the pattern from scratch yourself.
Best regards,
David Leibold

Hello Gate user's
I want to make a coded aperture collimator with a Mura pattern.
I don't know which repeater to use.
Does anyone could help me?

I will attach the Mura pattern image. White is the air hole.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and providing your input.
