Hi Josh,

You can disable it using the following command:

/process/inactivate annihil

You need to initialize first to activate the physics before disabling one of the processes. As an example:

#  P H Y S I C S

/gate/physics/addPhysicsList emstandard_opt3
/gate/physics/addProcess RadioactiveDecay

/gate/run/initialize

/process/inactivate phot all
/process/inactivate Rayl all
/process/inactivate   annihil

I am trying to remove positron annihilation from a simulation but can’t get it to work. I have used the following physics setup:

But I am still getting annihilation hits followed by gamma Compton scatter. I would like no annihilation photons to be generated.

I used the command “/gate/physics/processList Enabled” and it does not list annihilation as being enabled. Does the physics list hide it until initialization? If so, how can I disable it?
