[Gate-users] Remove PositronAnnihilation

Hi Josh,

You can disable it using the following command:

/process/inactivate annihil

You need to initialize first to activate the physics before disabling one
of the processes. As an example:

#  P H Y S I C S

/gate/physics/addPhysicsList emstandard_opt3
/gate/physics/addProcess RadioactiveDecay

/gate/run/initialize

/process/inactivate phot all
/process/inactivate Rayl all
/process/inactivate   annihil
