[Gate-users] Creating projections (*.s) from singles extracted from GATE (GATE_SPECT mode) simulation for STIR reconstruction

Hi Leonid and Xinjie,

This appears to be a STIR question more than a GATE question. STIR can unlist SPECT data but not from the ROOT format as the ROOT file configuration is different to the PET data.

Leonid, I suggest sending a message to the STIR users list (see: http://stir.sourceforge.net/) with some details of your ROOT file and GATE simulation configuration, maybe someone in the community has written the code to do this already or you may receive more technical help.
