Dear Gate users,
I encountered an error when I try to run a simulation using the voxelized
phantom, the error is as followed:
=============================
[Core-0] Initialization of geometry
*GateVImageVolume.cc (l.742): I find R=0 in the image, while range stop at
-1*
Error opening file.
I met a similar error before when I used another voxelized phantom,
============================
[Core-0] Initialization of geometry
*GateVImageVolume.cc (l.742): I find R=127 in the image, while range stop
at 1*
Error opening file.
But this error could be corrected by extending the range value over 127 in
the phantom range translator file, range.dat. I tried to extend the range
to a negative value but it didn't work.
Did anyone ever get this error before? I cannot find any related sources in
the GATE archive, so any response will be highly appreciated! Thanks!
Best,
Xinjie
