[Gate-users] the output file in the thermal example

Hi Mahdjoub and Asra,
I'm guessing that "the thermal example" refers to this:
https://github.com/OpenGATE/GateContrib/blob/master/imaging/Thermal/ThermalTherapy.mac
Just a simple check for Asra (assuming that my guess is correct): could you please tell us if the input data for that script was downloaded correctly? If your copy of "GateContrib" was git-cloned somehow without the LFS extension of git (LFS should be enabled automatic nowadays, but maybe you are working with an old git release) then the input data are incomplete/absent and then of course you won't get any useful output either.

It is difficult to guess the issue without having GATE *.mac file you are using for the output. Would you provide it, please?
