[Gate-users] Gate and GPU/Cuda

Dear all,

we are about to remove all codes related to GPU/CUDA use in Gate because it
is no more maintained for years and has been the subject of a lot of
confusion and issues in the past.

Of course, the old code will remain available in the git history. See:
https://github.com/OpenGATE/Gate/pull/322 for details.
