You can find images to create a high resolution voxelizated phantom (from 1.0 mm to 0.1 mm voxelization) using the BigBrain data here :

Does anyone know where to find a good resolution digit hoffman brain phantom for reconstruction simulation test? Isn't the Hoffman brain phantom in GATE github contribution too low resolution? Correct me if I am wrong. Any reply would be appreciated, thank you!
