Dear GATE users,
My name is Tianyi Zeng and I am a beginner in Gate use. I have a problem installing GATE via ccmake.
When using ccmake, the cache is empty like the figures. When using cmake, some of the build options were not recognized. As a result, GATE could not locate ROOT.
The same error occurred when installing GATE-v8.2 and GATE-v9.0 as mentioned above. I followed the install guide on http://wiki.opengatecollaboration.org/index.php/Compilation_Instructions_V8.0#GATE_V8.0
I work in ubuntu system version 18.04.4. My gcc version is 7.5.0. and cmake version is 3.10.2..I have already installed Geant4 (10.6.2) and ROOT (6.23/01) and successfully run the examples.
Any ideas on how to solve this problem?
Thanks!
