[Gate-users] time-integrated activity emission map (TIA)

Dear all,

In the exercise 5 TRT for GATE, there is a part that says ''Several SPECT
images have been calibrated and merged together to produce a
time-integrated activity emission map (TIA) associated with a patient CT''
but there is no direct explanation for how to generate this map. I have
several PET sequences and I want to create this map for them. Does anybody
know how I can acquire time-integrated activity emission map for my data?
