[Gate-users] .mhd Voxelized Phantom, rangeToMaterial Error

Hello all, 

Sorry for the last email, the “discard” button is next to the “send” button in my mail app…

After checking the user’s guide, I figured that I need a unit to material conversion, since my volume is a label map.  

To import the phantom, I have the following code: 

/gate/world/daughters/name                                                                  patient_thyroid
/gate/world/daughters/insert                                                                  ImageNestedParametrisedVolume 
/gate/patient_thyroid/geometry/setImage                                          {phantomDir}/homogeneous_uint16.mhd
/gate/patient_thyroid/geometry/setHUToMaterialFile                      {dataDir}/thyroidPhantom/val2mat.txt

Where my val2mat.txt looks like this:

1 Thyroid
0 Air

For some reason, if I don’t put the labels in descending order (by value), then I get an error that ‘ ‘ cannot by found in my Materials file. Has anyone had any similar experiences with this? I’m hoping to use the dose actor attached to my phantom and projection output from my simulation to see whether this is actually working at all or not.
