[Gate-users] .mhd Voxelized Phantom, rangeToMaterialFile Errors

Hello all, 

I’m using Gate v8.2 and Geant4 10.5.0. I’m trying to import a voxelized phantom into my simulation and attach a dose actor to it. 

To import the phantom, I have the following code: 

/gate/world/daughters/name                                                                  patient_thyroid
/gate/world/daughters/insert                                                                  ImageNestedParametrisedVolume 
/gate/patient_thyroid/geometry/setImage                                          {phantomDir}/homogeneous_uint16.mhd
/gate/patient_thyroid/geometry/setRangeToMaterialFile                {dataDir}/thyroidPhantom/val2mat.dat

Where my val2mat.dat looks like this: 

# Number of subdivisions
2
# Values to material conversions
0 0 Air      false 0.0 0.0 0.0 0.2
1 1 Thyroid  false 1.0 0.0 1.0 0.2
