[Gate-users] Gate technical meeting: 10th September

Dear all,

you will find in the join pdf, the *agenda* for the next OpenGate meeting.
For the first time, it will be fully virtual. You will see that it is very
exciting and contains numerous talks on both imaging (SPECT, PET, Compton
Camera, ion imaging) and dosimetry sides (EBRT, RBE, proton etc).

Save the date: *Thursday 10th September 2020, from 8:30 to 17:00 (CET)*

*For all speakers : *
- please check that everything is ok for you and that the time slot fits
your schedule.
- like most of virtual meetings, we ask you to prepare a *pre-recording of
your presentation*. You can do it with, for example, the
PowerPoint-Narration function. Otherwise, any recording in mp4 file format
is possible. Please stick to 16:9 format. As an example, please follow the
instructions given for the next EANM here

Send me the file when ready: you can put it in this folder

- Keep presentation to less than 15 min, ideally around 12-13 min. Each
time slot is 20 min to leave room for live questions.
- please be present during your time slot to reply to questions (if
possible according to your time zone of course !)

This is a casual meeting and we are flexible so do not hesitate to ask us
for any change on the agenda, I will do my best to organize.

 We will use CISCO WebEx videoconferencing, the link will be sent a few
days before the event.
