Objet: Travel to MC Workshops
Hello workshop facilitators and those attending tomorrow's MC workshops,
Please forward this email to any individuals you are aware would like to attend tomorrow's workshop , as we do not currently have a full list of attendees.
Tomorrow's MC workshops will be located at the Cedars Cancer Center (1001 Decarie Blvd.), beginning with a meet and greet at 9:30 AM. The purpose of this email is to provide instructions on how to get to the workshops. I will provide some options below:
1.) Via Metro (Guide Yourself)
To take the metro to the Cancer Center from the DoubleTree Hilton. Travel to the Place-d'Armes metro station (2 blocks from conference at the intersection of Viger and St-Urbaine). Travel along the orange line in the direction towards Côte-Vertu and exit at Vendôme metro station.
Do not leave the station to go outside. There is a tunnel which leads from the metro to the hospital. There will be volunteers as you exit the metro turnstiles to direct you towards the hospital if you arrive before 9:30 AM.
If there are not volunteers in the station and you need to navigate to the hospital alone: when you exit the turnstiles in the metro turn left and follow a tunnel through a parking lot. You will find yourself at the Royal Victoria Hospital. After you enter the Royal Victoria Hospital follow the corridor and you will reach the cafeteria where we will meet you.
2.) Via Metro (Guided)
If any of you would like to be guided from the conference venue to the workshops, please respond to this email directly and we will decide on an ideal location to meet at 9 AM tomorrow.
3.) Taxi / Uber
If you taxi or Uber to the Cancer Center you will most likely arrive at the main entrance of the hospital. If you call or text myself or Shirin we will arrange for an individual to meet you at the main entrance and guide you to the workshop location.

Best regards and see you tomorrow,
