[Gate-users] Differentiate prompt events from delay events after merging two coincidence lines into one.

Dear GATE users,

In my PET simulation I'm currently trying to add a dead time on the delayed
+ prompt coincidences.

As descibed in the user guide, i merged the delayed and the prompts
coincidence lines and applied the dead time with the following commands :

/gate/digitizer/name finalCoinc
/gate/digitizer/insert coincidenceChain
/gate/digitizer/finalCoinc/addInputName delay
/gate/digitizer/finalCoinc/addInputName Coincidences
/gate/digitizer/finalCoinc/usePriority true
/gate/digitizer/finalCoinc/insert deadtime
/gate/digitizer/finalCoinc/deadtime/setDeadTime XX ns
/gate/digitizer/finalCoinc/deadtime/setMode nonparalysable

I get a single ROOT Tree named 'finalCoinc' containing all the delay +
prompt after the dead time filtering.

>From here, how is it possible to retrieve prompt and delay events
separately ? or in other words how can i distinguish a random event
comming from the prompt line of a random event comming from the
delayed line ?

Thank you very much for your help.

Best regards,
