[Gate-users] SIEMENS SYMBIA INTEVO (SPECT) - NEMA (SPATIAL RESOLUTION) STUDY

Hello all,


I am trying to do a nema study (spatial resolution) using Iodine - 131 (364 keV energy).  I am using the Siemens Symbia Intevo (SPECT) system specifications for the high energy collimator.


I have modeled the HE collimator exactly as stated in the Siemens specifications. However, when performing the nema study, I do not get the 13.4 mm spatial resolution as stated in the collimator specifications.

I have fitted a Gaussian curve to the data I get from my simulation but the resolution I get is way worse than the desired one.


I have provided above my macro file and the collimator specifications for the system I am using. Any help or suggestions are welcomed.
