Hi Federico, 

You can do the following;

/gate/actor/addActor            DoseActor	dosimetry
/gate/actor/dosimetry/attachTo                  little_cube
/gate/actor/dosimetry/stepHitType               random          

# A/c to my experience you should define three of the following parameters; any combination will work

/gate/actor/dosimetry/setVoxelSize              0.1 0.1 0.1 mm  (say)  
#/gate/actor/dosimetry/setResolution            400 400 400 (Say)
/gate/actor/dosimetry/setSize                   40 40 40  mm
/gate/actor/dosimetry/setPosition               x y z mm   # this is where you may want to set the doseActor

# setSize = Voxel size times the resolution of the 3d matrix. Note: it should cover the max. range of particles in material mediums for the accurate simulation.
