Dear Gate user,

I would like to know if it is possible to set TOF information during GATE
simulation itself as I do for the LSO - PET, for example with the "Energy
of Reference" ....

/gate/digitizer/Singles/insert blurring
/gate/digitizer/Singles/blurring/setResolution 0.26
/gate/digitizer/Singles/blurring/setEnergyOfReference 511. keV

/gate/digitizer/Singles/insert thresholder
/gate/digitizer/Singles/thresholder/setThreshold 350. keV
/gate/digitizer/Singles/insert upholder
/gate/digitizer/Singles/upholder/setUphold 650. keV

- Until now I always used Singles information from GATE in order to
estimate my one TOF. After using that TOF information I make my Phantom
reconstruction using MLP method for the (LSO-PET and ChP-PET)....
- Also, using the Coincidences information from Gate I can make CASToR
reconstruction just for the LSO - PET (but, without TOF information)....

- I just want to incorporate (if it's posible) and already TOF information
for and specific geometry in GATE simulation itself and see how that
affects Singles, Coincides information and CASToR reconstruction....

Any help, I would appreciate it

Kind regards,
