[Gate-users] Calculating SNR in Gamma radiography image.

Hello, I am working with Gate to generate exposure image of my phantom. My
detector material is BaBrF. My phantom is a step wedge. I am getting image
of my phantom for different activities of my Gamma source. My inquiry is
how can I calculate the SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) of a certain area of my
image. I am using ImageJ for to work with the images.

Any guide or reference is much appreciated.
