[Gate-users] "Forbid" command: cold source simulation inside a background hot source

Hi Sara,
The example I wrote before should do that (I didn't test it, but I have
simulated similar sources before). One detail I missed previously is that
you need to include the line "/gate/run/initialize" before defining your
sources (but after defining innerCylinder1).
