[Gate-users] cpu usage question

Hello GATErs,

I hope this is the right place for this question:

I just noticed that when I run a dosimetry example the cpu usage in htop 
shows that only one core is used at 100% capacity. When I run a ct 
example, where I get a full ROOT-output and not just the actors output, 
the total usage of 100% is shared between several cores with steady 
fluctuations.

Does somebody have an explanation for this behaviour?
