[Gate-users] Which geometry gives the correct answer

Hello and Good Morning,

to points to be considered:

1) are the relative positions of all object with respect to each
other identical? From the sketch you have sent the position of
the detector does not seem to be at exactly the sae position /
coordinate.

2) You are running at very low statistics and since GATE applies
the Monte Carlo technique it is mandatory to accumulate a
sufficiently large number if trials. The configuration you are
simulating does not seem to be very complex, hence a longer
simulation is not expected to be very time consuming.

Finally, I you want, you can your macros directly to me and
allow me to check for potential problems.
