Thank you so much for your reply.
Source, phantom and detector position are shown in attached file.

Phantom in Geo 1 consist of a vacuum cylinder volume and a plexiglass
cylinder volume (r=3 cm) (as the daughter of vacuum cylinder volume)
which is located in 0 3 0 cm related to the world center.

Phantom in Geo 2 consist of a plexiglass cylinder volume (r=3 cm)
which is located in 0 3 0 cm related to the world center.

The energy spectrum is different in root output for two geometry as
shown in attached file.
