Does anyone reconstructs your SPECT outputs in Castor?
If yes, could you send me an example of a succesful example?
I'm trying to reconstruct from my .root file, but when i run the castor-GATERootToCastor command, it gives me this error:
**** castor-GATERootToCastor :: Error : Axial and transaxial bins values expected (use option -spect_b) !
***** Exit function called. Abort with code 1.
If you split your main macro into other macros as usual, what macro should I plug into the -m option? when trying for the mainMacro.mac it gives me no response, it misses the SPECTHead parameters, if i give it the SPECT.mac file, it misses the time slices.
