[Gate-users] Issues Running Exercise 5 (TLE) from dsarrut Gate Exercises

Hi Gate users,

I'm currently going through the tutorial by dsarrut (
https://dsarrut.gitbooks.io/gate-exercises/content/ex5.html) but am unable
to run the example properly.

Here is the error:

MetaImage: M_ReadElementsData: data not read completely
     ideal = 3407872 : actual = 132
GateVImageVolume.cc (l.363): The image contains HU indices out of range of
the HU range found in data/phantom-HU2mat.txt
min, max:-1050, 3001.
min, max in image: 0, 31337
Abort.

Does anyone have an idea of how I can decrease the image range or have any
other alternatives? Increasing the range of the phantom-HU2mat.txt file did
not work since the file is written to during each run with the range -1050,
3001.
