Hi Emmanuel

To transform your Matrix into Dose-Matrix, it is necessary some input:
1- Number of particules that you simulate.
2- Yield of the radionuclide that you are using (part.Bq-1.s-1). Normally
you can get it from MIRD Book "MIRD: Radionuclide Data and Decay Schemes"
(CD-Software) or ICRP 107 (

I recommend you read the README.txt from the internal dosimetry example:

At least it is the way that I used. Actually there is something pretty
tricky that I don´t have explanation. Always I had to normally the number
of particles to 10^9  to achieve a right dose quantification, I realized
that comparing my voxel simulation with the values of these two simulation:

In someway before you run a complete dose quantification, could be good
verify your source to see if everything is fine. One option is to use
OLINDA sphere models, or the previous voxel publications.
