Hello,There are a lot of files to check, but try changing your patient.mac code using something similar to:
/gate/world/daughters/name                      patient
/gate/world/daughters/insert                    ImageNestedParametrisedVolume
/gate/geometry/setMaterialDatabase              data/patient-HUmaterials.db
/gate/patient/geometry/SetHUToMaterialFile      data/patient-HU2mat.txt
/gate/patient/geometry/SetImage                 data/patient-2mm.mhd
/gate/patient/placement/setTranslation          0 0 0 mm

Changing your image to .mhd and ImageNestedParametrisedVolume is the only way to run CT on GATE with GPU, I think.

 Dear All user of OpenGate. 
My name is Wonjoong Jason Cheon, and I am a graduate school student in South Korea. 
I wrote a code for Cone-Beam CT Simulation with DICOM 
1. CBCT code was written from example_CT 2. Import the dicom files which is converted h33, i33 (interfile format)

Now, I want to perform the simulation (CBCT) with GPU 1. I have installed GATE with GPU (Nvidia)2. SPECT_GPU is working, well. (properly launched GPU)3. I have read the GATE-USER-GUIDE V7.2
But, I could not success....
Is there anyone to help me ? for performing MC simulation with GPU?
Please let me know how can i solve this problem.
