[Gate-users] Convert LMF output into projection

Hello Hanieh Jozi,

did you consider to use the program

Bin_GATE_v1.0.c,

which you can also find inn the GATE-Web-Site?

(see also attached file)

This allows you to bin events (or coincidences)  stored in a
root file to projection data , which can than be reconstructed
with STIR.

If you are simulating a gamma camera, you could use the
projection files and reconstruct those directly.
See the EDUGATE example “SPECT_to_Reco_Release_2014”.

It does not use math lab but IDL/GDL and it should be easy to 
convert to mathlab!
