[Gate-users] Unable to define systems and surfaces

After being able to create some super simple simulations, as I'm building
more intricate ones I'm running into quite a few problems. I believe that
the problem may lie in the location of my .cc and .xml files. I read that
all of these files needed to be in subsequent files and file folders within
the main folder that the Gate program is running in. I have checked and
that is the case, however I am still running into problems and I am
wondering if all of the .cc and .xml files need to not be in separate
folders within the main folder, but need simply to be out and in the main
folder as the Gate running program; or if they all need to be within the
mac file folder that contains the mac files that the Gate program is
running. Any information concerning this would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance,
