Is Particle-induced X-ray emission (PIXE) included within GATE’s Physics lists?

Does anyone know if it is possible to enable/disable Particle-induced X-ray Emission (PIXE) in GATE?

It can be enabled in Geant4 by command

/process/em/deexcitation region true

/process/em/pixe true

Is PIXE automatically enabled in GATE?

Ex: QGSP_BIC_HP or FTFP_BERT_HP incorporates this?

If anyone has any additional knowledge about PIXE, please let me know.

All responses are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kurt Van Delinder
