Hello,
Using mashing 1 instead of 2 does change the output, but it is still wrong (see attached image).
Regards,

Seems related to the azimuthal mashing factor (2), not implemented for the plain sinogram output. If you set it to one instead of two ?

Claude

Objet : [Gate-users] Ecat7 output giving incorrect results
Dear all,
We have been trying to get the Ecat7 output to work, but it's currently giving very weird results (see the attached image). Plain 2D sinogram output, however, works just fine. Is the Ecat7 output currently working in GATE 8.0 or has something gone wrong either in the macros or during compilation? Below are the relevant lines for the Ecat7 output:
/gate/output/ecat7/enable
/gate/output/ecat7/setFileName output/KYS_mouse_3min
/gate/output/ecat7/maxringdiff 49
/gate/output/ecat7/span 11
/gate/output/ecat7/mashing 2
/gate/output/ecat7/system 966
Regards,
Ville-Veikko Wettenhovi
