[Gate-users] CAD to GDML via stl or otherwise

Hello GT,

I have written a new GATE class that can directly read and import stl files using G4Tessellated solid. I will soon commit this new feature to
the git repository.

Meanwhile, I recommend any user to define its geometry from simple shapes rather than complicated CAD geometry whenever possible
to speedup the simulations.
