[Gate-users] Gate multithread

Hi all

The current state of my fork is blocked by my very few time to
dedicate to this atm. it still fails in creating geometries which are
thread compatible, however the threaded run manager is working, the
segmentation fault rises when creating geometries. Lot of help is
needed here. go and contribute to https://github.com/BishopWolf/Gate
