Dear all,

I rewrote some of the code in the great piece of software by Sadek A. Nehmeh, CR Schmidtlein that convertes a ROOT file to STIR compatible projection data: Bin_Gate_v1.0.
The following was changed:
 - Dynamic data support. It is now possible to pass the scan ID (ROOT's RunID) that needs to be converted.
 - Delayed coincidences random substraction. Randoms can be directly substracted from the projections. This saves a lot of time later.
 - Added extra argument. I felt that some variables were to variable to change via recompilation. The code therefore now takes the following arguments:
'directory name of root files' 'output file name' 'max ring difference' ['scan ID' ['Random substraction' ['trues' 'randoms' 'scatters']]
     (Where [] means optional)
 - Removed unused constants
 - Compressed some of the code

I hope this might be of any use to some of you and I'm eager to hear whether further changes are required.
It is important to note that when using this code with the default settings (no scan ID and no random substraction), the results are exactly the same as they were in v1.0.
