Hi,
Im just learning gate and would like to use it in my teaching of radiation interaction. I like to use virtual gate since it is reasonably easy to install for students. One key component is user friendliness if it is going to be possible to use this software. The visualization is to say the least quite crappy and looks like something from the eighties. The best I found so far is to start gate with: Gate -qt. Then at least it is an interactive GUI where I can rotate and zoom with the mouse. Is there some better alternatives for viewing? I saw in the manual that it is possible to use a vrml viewer but the link to the software was broken and the instructions were very unclear. Have anyone tried that option?
Best,
Anders
